Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire a team of 3 all-level Business Development Executives who will be responsible for work hardly finding business clients (B2B sales approach) and helping candidates to have as more attractive jobs/ opportunities as possible. You will be in charge of managing your-own B2B sales process by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with being creative about what you will contribute to make our services successful based on win-win situations.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to be proactive in achieving results. Strong sales-driven mindset is a big plus.

We are now hiring:

 

1.  General Manager

 

THE ROLES AND BENEFITS:

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
  • Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Setting and beating team and individual initial goals/ targets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
  • Having experience in Marketing will be a bonus
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • Keenness to work in a startup environment, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Be able to plan and implement marketing strategies
  • Proactive, creative and a good team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency or near-fluency in English

 

2.  Performance Marketing Specialist

 

THE ROLES AND BENEFITS:

  • Being in the core team from the beginning to create the strategies based on JobStack's visions and missions
  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

  • Training (SEO, marketing fundamental, est.), book clubs and other valuable-career-supported activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. 
  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • Keenness to work in a startup environment, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Be able to plan and implement marketing strategies
  • Proactive, creative and a good team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency or near-fluency in English

 

3.  Business Development Interns/ Executive

 

THE ROLES AND BENEFITS:

  • Identifying new sales lead and pitching services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
  • Supporting clients to have good experience with our services 
  • Setting and beating team and individual initial goals/ targets

  • Training (IT knowledge, recruitment skill knowledge...), book clubs and other valuable-career-supported activities
  • Attractive salary package with bonus, commission, 13th month salary and full-salary Social Insurance  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in sales/ BD, B2B would be a big bonus. Or if you don’t have experience, our training can help!
  • Keenness to work in a startup environment, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience in planning and implementing B2B sales strategies.
  • Experience in clients relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency or near-fluency in English
